Programme

The format of the meeting will consist of 8 one-hour review lectures as well as a considerable number of shorter (30 minute) talks by participants. Venue: amphitheatre of Complexo Interdisciplinar.

The review lectures will cover the following topics:

• Subleading corrections to BPS black hole entropy:

• Holographic Entanglement Entropy \(\& \) Causal Holographic Information (by Veronika Hubeny)
• Matrix models for superstrings and M-theory (by Marcos Mariño)
• Bootstrapping CFTs with the Extremal Functional Method (by Miguel Paulos)
• F-theory and Supersymmetric GUTs (by Sakura Schäfer-Nameki)
